Food vendors:

1. Complete online application (link for payment will be provided once you are an accepted vendor).

2. Complete electricity form (if applicable)

3. Download and mail paper copy of Health Department application w/ check and mail to Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition (PRWC) or Housatonic Valley Health District (HVHD).

Non-Food vendors:
