The Sea The Sea

Coming to Woodbury Earth Day? Bring an appetite – with 10 food trucks, Hollow Park will turn into a foodie paradise on Saturday, April 21, 2018. The food selection will include local food truck favorites, as well as trucks from around the state.Heading up the local favorites is Woodbury’s own Big Green Eggs and Hamburgers, which is powered by John’s Café and Woodbury Farm Market.

Locally sourced food is cooked on two extra-large Big Green Eggs – which is almost as much fun to watch as it is to eat. Its grills use 100% natural oak and hickory lump charcoal.“Big Green Eggs and Hamburgers is both excited and proud to have our first big outing of the year Woodbury Earth Day, Connecticut’s largest Earth Day celebration,” says DeBellis. “Earth Day is everything that our food trailer is about, to support our local community and environment.”
