Volunteers are needed on April 29 for the 2023 Woodbury Earth Day Festival. We are seeking event day volunteers for the following roles: Event Set-up, Parking Attendants, Program & Workshop Assistants, Wayfinders, Thisnotthat Recycle Team, Break-down, and Photography. Volunteers are asked to watch a volunteer training video prior to the event and to commit to a minimum of 3 (three) hours of volunteering during the course of the event. With this commitment, volunteers will receive our sincere gratitude and a very cool T-shirt to wear during your shift and keep. Volunteers are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before their shift to check-in at the Volunteer/Information Tent and get their T-shirt. Volunteers are also expected to work for the full duration they have committed to serving. Volunteers are expected to act in a mature and responsible manner, as they represent both the Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition and the Town of Woodbury.
